Five youths were seen fleeing the scene of a small fire at Harmony Place Park in Officer at about 7pm on Wednesday, May 1.
Fortunately the grass fire did not damage any playground equipment and was quickly extinguished by the CFA.
A Victoria Police spokesman said the incident is still under investigation and is being treated as suspicious.
