It is believed the offenders used rocks to smash vehicle windows of parked cars in Pakenham, Officer and Beaconsfield.

Two 22-year-old men, both from Pakenham, were charged with 37 counts of damage relating to the incidents that occurred on 4 January and 10 January.

Also involved in the crime spree was a 32-year-old Pakenham woman, who was charged for stealing petrol.

The three offenders were bailed to appear at the Dandenong Magistrates Court at a later date.
