Max Hunter was on the hill for the Pumas. Max surrendered two runs on five hits over four innings, striking out six. Tim Bellerby threw three innings out of the bullpen.

JUNIOR LEAGUE

Pakenham v Moorabbin 2-15 Loss

LITTLE LEAGUE MINOR

Pakenham v Mulgrave/Mornington 6-5 win

Pakenham Pumas Little League got their first win for the season against Mulgrave/Mornington.

With a great effort from our pitchers Amelia, Lenny and Austin, which kept the opposition at only five runs and some good plays in our infield also.

Pakenham scored one run in our first innings and were unable to score in the next two innings. Scores were 1-5 coming into the last innings and that’s when our batters were on fire to come from behind and score five runs to end the game 6-5.

Great work all round from our little Pumas.
