THE countdown finally ended on Monday for a group of excited preps at Pakenham Consolidated School.
The youngsters were proud to celebrate their 100th day of school on Monday and ran through a banner made by their grade six buddies.
The young guns of the school were excited to let everyone know they’re now 100 days smarter.
The students explored the concept of 100 throughout the day, from counting their collections of 100 things from home, to graphing 100 shapes.
They celebrated 100 days of friendship with a morning tea and wore celebratory hats which they created.
The students also took time to reflect on their past 100 days.
