Gift brings cheer to Windermere

WINDERMERE Child and Family Services’ early intervention and prevention initiatives will be bolstered by a $35,000 donation from a Berwick Hotel.
Windermere welcomed the presentation of the donation from Zagame’s Berwick Hotel, at an official handover last Wednesday.
The much-needed funds are a result of the local business’s desire to actively “give back” to the local community.
Windermere chief executive officer Dr Lynette Buoy was delighted with the hotel’s commitment to the community and their contribution in helping Windermere deliver early prevention and intervention programs.
“Each year Windermere continues to advance its vision of a stronger, connected and more supported community,” she said.
“We believe that everyone is someone in our community and through our programs and support from local businesses like Zagame’s Berwick, we will see many lives change for the better.”
Windermere has been providing help and resources to people so they can live life to their full potential for over 150 years.
