OUTLOOK Community Centre in Pakenham will host a free event in support of mental health awareness, carers, family and friends.
On Friday 26 June, from 11am until 2pm, Ermha’s Carer Support Services will host their free Winter Wonders event, which will include a spit-roast lunch, Dress to Success workshops, cooking demonstrations, mini manicures and more.
The program supports those who care for someone experiencing the effects of mental illness.
One of the carers will be presenting at the event about her personal experience and the benefits of the program.
Free gift bags will also be on offer.
