Pakenham Road north of Army Road is closed to traffic following a truck roll-over.
Emergency services are on scene at the accident which occurred about 4pm Wednesday afternoon.
The road is closed in both directions between Army and Bourkes Creek roads.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek an alternative route.
