A FREE exercise program for women who have beaten breast cancer will be provided at Cardinia Life in Pakenham.
The Encore program, which has been run in Dandenong for year, is an eight-week community-based program which runs for two hours a week and is offered free of charge to women after breast cancer.
It combines floor and pool exercises with support and information to improve the well-being of women who have experienced breast cancer treatment.
Classes begin in Pakenham on Wednesday 15 April until Wednesday 3 June from 12.30pm until 2.30pm at Cardinia Life.
Bookings are essential as numbers are limited.
